Tracy L. (Payne) Weaver, 55, of Lower Burrell, PA passed away peacefully on Friday March 27, 2026, surrounded by her family and loved ones.

Tracy truly embodied beauty inside and out, and she held a special place in the hearts of all who knew her. Her empathetic ways could not be underestimated when she met someone. She had a variety of jobs over the years - whether it was Shop-N-Save in Lower Burrell in her youth, or one of the many server jobs in Leechburg, Vandergrift, or Denny’s in New Kensington, she made friends for decades. She eventually decided to trek out further and ended up as an owner of The Little Store in Upper Burrell for 19+ years. There, she was always the ray of sunshine to the morning regulars, and that consistency and rapport helped build the business to what it is now.

Tracy loved her family and friends so much and she was always the life of the party at any get-together. She loved dancing, music, and enjoying life as it was meant to be. Tracy also enjoyed trying different foods and traveling as much as she could. She always would put others above self and would do whatever possible to make someone feel better, even when she was struggling. She will truly be missed by so many, and we could only hope to live like she did.

Tracy was preceded in death by her mother, Rosemarie Payne; father, Eric Payne (Barbara); birth father, David Hines; grandparents, Frank and Rita Ramsden and James and Bette Payne; and uncle, Larry Allen.

She was survived by her husband, Eric J. Weaver; and children, Matthew Ramsden (Mary), Wynter Weaver (Kristen), and Autumn Weaver (Sean).

She is also survived by her brother, Michael Payne (Stephanie); sisters, Shari Payne (Michael Purvis) and Carrie Payne (late Warren Jones); step-sister, Amanda Coffman; brother-in-law, Adam Weaver; uncles, James Ramsden (Carol), Jay Payne (Donna), Ted Payne (Beth) and Ed Payne (Kathy); aunts, Mary Sue Ramsden (Karen Peters), Maureen Allen and Roanna Payne; step-parent, Faith Payne; father-in-law, Joseph A. Weaver Jr.; nieces and nephews, Calypso, Sophie, Madeline, Evan, and Kellan; and many beloved cousins.

Family and friends will be received from 1 to 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 4, 2026, in the Joseph J. Cardaro Funeral Home, 1125 Kenneth Ave, New Kensington, 724-337-3325. A Memorial Service will be held immediately following the visitation at 3:00 PM in the funeral home with Jesse Lege officiating.
