Ronald Irwin Meanor Sr., 90, of Natrona Heights, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at home surrounded by his loving family. Ron was born August 25, 1935, in Pittsburgh to the late Stanley and Mildred Troup Meanor. Ronald was a dedicated worker, retiring as a journeyman machinist from Oberg Industries, in Sarver. He was a man of great kindness and incredible character, served in United States Marine Corps, and was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Ron had a love for the outdoors and cherished time with his family. Ron was a lifelong protestant and prayed daily for his family, with Karen, his beloved wife of 67 years. He will be immensely missed. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Colgan Meanor; and brothers Harold and Melvin. Ronald is survived by his children, Terri Lynn (Jeffrey) Hessom, Ronald I. Meanor Jr. and Joel Kenneth (Kathy) Meanor; sister, Donna Lee Graham; grandchildren, Joshua Gancas, David Large, Andrew Meanor, James Colgan (Christina) Meanor, Megan (Tony) Flores, and Samuel Meanor; great grandchildren, Logan Gancas, Elijah and Cove Flores. Family and friends will be received from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 13, 2025, in the Joseph J. Cardaro Funeral Home, 1125 Kenneth Ave. New Kensington. 724-337-3325.
