Richard "Rick" Soulcheck, 65, of New Kensington, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2023, in his home. He was born February 28, 1957, in New Kensington, to the late Paul Jr. and Domenica Scarponi Soulcheck. After working for 30 years, Rick retired from Allegheny Ludlum, Leechburg. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepdaughter, Karly Chiappetta. Rick is survived by his wife of 38 years, Lori Mathabel Soulcheck; daughter, Aimee (Chris) Duffy; son, Marcus Soulcheck; a brother, Louis Soulcheck; 5 sisters, Catherine Soulcheck, Paula (Armond) Bergamasco, Donna (Clyde) Ross, Debbie (Ed) Hickman, and Denise (Harry) Ulrich; grandson and his prince, Owen; his dog and best friend, Jiminy; and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received from 10 to 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 19, 2023, in the Joseph J. Cardaro Funeral Home, 1125 Kenneth Ave., New Kensington, 724-337-3325.
