Richard Francis Oskin, 98, of Plum, passed away Sunday, October 12, 2025, in his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on December 10, 1926, in Imperial, PA to the late John and Marie Rose Criquellion Oskin. Richard was a veteran of the US Army serving during World War II. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, with a particular fondness for hunting, fishing, and tending to his garden. Richard cherished the moments he spent with his grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Oskin; sons, Emil and Richard D. Oskin; sister, Lois Gerard; and brothers, John, Emil, Joe and Hilbert Oskin. Richard is survived by his children, Cristopher (Melissa) Oskin and Iris (Donn) Clute; daughter-in-law, Sandra Oskin; grandchildren, Richard T. Oskin, Matthew (Jamie) Oskin, Stefanie (Christopher) Ruane, Nathan (Andrea) Clute and Lindsey Clute; 7 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
