Richard Louis Gray, 57, of Arnold, passed away Friday, July 2, 2021, peacefully in his home, from complications due to diabetes. He was born Feb. 9, 1964, in New Kensington. Known to family and friends as "Ritchie," he was a staple in New Kensington's Valley Heights area and spent most of his working days in landscaping and construction. Ritchie is survived by many who loved him, including his mother, Mary "Betsy" Gray; sisters, Bridget Jones and Jamie Hunsinger; and brother, James "Jimbo" Jackson. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Louis Pryor; grandmother, Mary Prosser; the love of his life, Barb; and was also preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Ineller Stone. Ritchie will be remembered as the unique, kind and loving soul that he was, and would certainly encourage those who knew and loved him to "Mosh on!" He was a true Rock and Roller! No formal services will be held. Friends and family are invited to pay their last respects from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 16, at the outdoor pavilion at Beermuda (2150 Freeport Road, New Kensington, PA 15068).
