Margaret E. Miller
Margaret E. Miller, age 74, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2021 after
a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on January 8, 1947 in
Indianapolis, Indiana to John and Wana Harden. She married Richard
Miller in 1971. In 1972, the couple welcomed twin boys, Michael and
Daniel. In 1975, they added a daughter Karan to the family. Margaret's
children were always her pride and joy.
Margaret was a hard worker and held a variety of jobs throughout her
life. She started in the computer field as a key punch operator in the
1960s and was a desktop engineer by the time she retired in 2012. She
was a lifetime fan of Elvis and Neal Diamond. In 1995 Margaret became
a grandma. Before she knew it, she had 2 grandsons and 8
granddaughters. She was very proud of each and every one of her
grandchildren. Margaret was an avid video gamer and enjoyed playing
with her grandchildren. She spent countless hours attending their
school and sporting events. She loved Siamese cats and golden
retrievers, especially her beloved golden retriever Sheree.
Margaret is survived by her husband Richard, her sons and daughter
and their spouses, Michael and Rachael Miller, Daniel and Janna Miller,
and Karan and Jeremy Farmer; her grandchildren and spouses Austin
and Sara Miller, Kaylee Miller, Annika Miller, Chase Miller and fiancé
Emily Haley, Maddison Miller, Hannah Miller, Gabrielle Miller, Aby
Farmer, Zoey Farmer, and Pyper Farmer; and her twin sister Janice
Montgomery. Margaret's parents and brother preceded her in death.
Visitation is Thursday, May 20th from 4-6pm at Adamson Life
Celebration Home 2000 47th Ave. Greeley, CO 80634 followed by the
Recitation of the Rosary at 6pm. Mass of the Christian burial will be
Friday, May 21st at 11 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greeley,
Colorado followed by interment at Linn Grove Cemetery.
