Lillian "Betty" Moore, 82, of Arnold, passed away peacefully Friday, May 19, 2023, in Concordia at Rebecca Residence. She was born December 15, 1940, in New Kensington, to the late James and Corene Breed Moore. Betty was a graduate of Ken High. She worked for the Westmoreland County Housing Authority for almost 51 years as a tenant selector and site manager. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James "Tim" Moore. Friends will be received from 11 to 1:00 PM on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, in the Joseph J.
