Lawrence Eugene Meyer, 84, of Plum Borough, passed away, Saturday, April 29, 2023, in his home. He was born December 2, 1938, in Braddock, to the late Nicholas & Dorothy Wensel Meyer. Lawrence was a K-9 officer for Braddock and later became a police detective for Wilkinsburg Police Department. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Petra M. Vasquez; his sons, Lee, Jimmy, and Jackie; and his daughters, Lisa, Lorri, and Vicky. Lawrence is survived by his son, Larry Meyer Jr.; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
