Karen A. Colgan Meanor, 86, of Natrona Heights, passed away peacefully at home, Friday, Oct 25, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 19, 1938, in Tarentum, to the late William Sr. and Geraldine Tantlinger Colgan. Karen was a member of Evangel Heights Church in Sarver. She was involved in the ministry in many capacities for most of her life, and was blessed to have traveled to many places, including Israel, Vietnam, and Columbia. Karen was a mighty prayer warrior, and in her family, was affectionately known "to have a direct line to God." She shared the love of Jesus wherever she went. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Colgan Jr. Karen is survived by her husband of 67 years, Ronald I. Meanor Sr.; daughter, Terri Lynn (Jeffrey) Hessom; sons, Ronald I. Meanor Jr. and Joel Kenneth (Kathleen) Meanor; sister, Linda Glovier; brother, Dennis Colgan; aunt, Donna Tantlinger; grandchildren, Joshua Gancas, David Large, Andrew Meanor, Megan (Tony) Flores, James Colgan (Christina) Meanor, and Samuel Meanor; great-grandchildren, Logan Gancas, Elijah Flores and Cove Flores; many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Evangel Heights Church, 120 Beale Road, Sarver.
