Jeffery Charles Harbison, 68, of New Kensington, passed away Wednesday, April 12, 2023, in his home. He was born April 30, 1954, in Natrona. Jeffery attended Valley High School and was a Veteran of the US Air Force. He was employed for over 30 years as a clerk for Wine & Spirits in Lower Burrell and cooked for Arnold #2 Firemen's Club. He was an avid Steelers and Pittsburgh Pirates fan, was the King of Euchre, and loved his family and grandchildren more than anything. Jeffery was a member of the American Legion Post 684, Arnold and the Arnold #2 Firemen's Club. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Tatlinger; sisters, Dora, Lois and Joyce; and brother, Bucky. Jeffery is survived by his wife of 37 years, Cathy Swanger Harbison; sister, Donna (Nelson ) Fike; sons, Larry (Maria) and Jason; stepdaughters, Lisa (Corona), Amy (Jerry), and Debbie (Nick); 12 Grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received from 6 to 7:30 PM on Sunday, April 16, 2023, in the Joseph J. Cardaro Funeral Home, 1125 Kenneth Ave., New Kensington, 724-337-3325. A funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation at 7:30 PM, in the funeral home with Pastor Dean Ward officiating. Burial will be private.
