Janice Marlene Burkett, 76, of Cheswick, passed away Friday, December 1, 2023, in her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 12, 1947, in New Kensington, to the late Chesley & Mildred Perrin Blandford. Janice was a graduate of Plum High School and worked as a hairdresser at Kaufmanns and Adolia's. She was a member of Cross Point Church, Harmarville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Danielle Burkett; and brother, Glenn. Janice is survived by her husband of 58 years, Joel Burkett; daughter, Laura (Randy Edgar) Burkett; sister, Jane; and grandchildren, Evan and Seth Bellini, & David, Alec and Diana Early.

Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, December 5, 2023, in the Joseph J. Cardaro Funeral Home, 1125 Kenneth Ave. New Kensington, 724-337-3325.
