Jackie L. Ostrowski, 55, of Creighton, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at Allegheny Valley Hospital. She was born July 10, 1965, in Pittsburgh and was a 1983 graduate of Deer Lakes High School. She is preceded in death by her 2 brothers, Douglas, and Terry Stoltz. Jackie is survived by her fiancé, Kevin Kubiak; mother, Virginia Moyer Mayhugh; sons, Joe Mayhugh and Steven Ostrowski; and granddaughter, Madelyn. Family and friends will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9:00 P.M. on Friday, July 9, 2021, in the Joseph J. Cardaro Funeral Home, 1125 Kenneth Ave. New Kensington, 724-337-3325. A funeral Service will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, July 10, 2021, in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
