Gloria DeGiglio Bolt, 92, of Upper Burrell Twp., passed away Saturday, December 18, 2021, in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 27, 1929, in New Kensington to the late Alphonso and Chiarina Rendi DeGiglio and lived in New Kensington all her life. Gloria was a 1947 graduate of Ken-Hi and a member of Mount St. Peter Church, New Kensington. She enjoyed bowling, was the Judge of Elections in Upper Burrell, volunteered for Meals-on-Wheels, in Lower Burrell, was involved with the Howard International Ministry, Food Bank of New Kensington and feeding the homeless in Pittsburgh. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Bolt Jr.; and 7 brothers and sisters. Gloria is survived by 2 sons, William Richard (Linda) Bolt and Robert Allen (Joanne) Bolt; 2 daughters, Gloria Jean (Shelton) Saylors and Diana Lynn Kadunce; 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, in the Joseph J. Cardaro Funeral Home, 1125 Kenneth Ave., New Kensington, 724-337-3325. Parting prayers will be held at 9:30 A.M. on Thursday, December 23, 2021, in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 A.M. in Mount St. Peter Church, New Kensington.
