Evelyn Mae Mellon, 98, of Natrona Heights, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 20, 2023, in her home. She was born June 23, 1924, in Creighton to the late Harry and Lotti Brown Mele. Evelyn was an avid reader of Amish Novels and enjoyed playing bingo. She was a member of the Salvation Army Church, Brackenridge. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Stanley Marchlewski Sr.; 2nd husband, Bertram Mellon Sr.; son, Stanley Marchlewski Jr.; and brother, Harry A. Mele. Evelyn is survived by her daughters, Sandra Kaminski and Evelyn R. (Andrew) Buday; sons, Dennis, Dale and David (Karen) Marchlewski and Bertram Mellon Jr.; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 22, 2023, in the Joseph J. Cardaro Funeral Home, 1125 Kenneth Ave., New Kensington, 724-337-3325. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, June 23, 2023, in the funeral home with Captain David Bender officiating. Burial will follow in Mt.
