Donna Marie Burns

Donna Marie (Adams) Burns, 72, of Vandergrift, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, July 8, 2026. She was born June 20, 1954, in Butler. Donna was a graduate of Kiski High School. She enjoyed reading, cooking, baking, spending time with her family and Snoopy from the Peanuts comic strip.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald N. Adams;

Donna is survived by her children, James “Jimmy” Gaj, Eric Gaj and Mary (Chris) Thomey; her mother, Sylvia Canzano Adams; and siblings, Gerald M. Adams and Mary L. (Mike) Horan.

Family and friends will be received from 5 to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, in the Joseph J. Cardaro Funeral Home, 1125 Kenneth Ave., New Kensington, 724-337-3325. A funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation at 7:00 PM with Chaplain Greg Weidner officiating.
