Debra Katherine Joseph, 74, of New Kensington, passed away Saturday, October 26, 2024, in UPMC St. Margaret Hospital. She was born January 21, 1950, in New Kensington, to the late Andrew and Emily Shaheen Joseph. Debra worked for Westinghouse for 35 years as a secretary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Joseph. Debra is survived by her son, Ryan Smith; sister, Margaret Joseph; and a host of nieces and nephews.
