Deborah Lee "Debbie" Palmer, 57 of Lower Burrell, passed away in the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, in UPMC Shadyside Hospital. She was born July 24, 1965, in Verona to the late James E. Osselburn and Patricia Ann Grossi. Debbie was a caregiver all of her life and a born-again believer in Christ. She enjoyed spending time with her cats and her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael D. Palmer; her brother, James A. Osselburn and sister, Donna Osselburn. Debbie is survived by her friend, Leonard "Butch" Wolfe; daughter, Krystal (Noah) Adams; son, David M. Palmer; siblings, Ronald Grossi, Sharyl Shondelmyer, Leslie Guthrie and Christie Marks; grandchildren, Taylor, Jeffrey, Sophia, Lucas and Blake; great granddaughter, Lilah and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are welcomed to attend a Celebration of Life for Debbie at 2:00 PM on Sunday, September 18, 2022, at the Arnold #2 Fireman's Social Hall, 1702 Fifth Ave., Arnold.
