Dale R. Sprague, 59, of Upper Burrell, passed away December 30, 2021, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. He was born January 23, 1962, in Natrona Heights, to the late Gary L. Sprague Sr. and Rachel Flick. Dale attended Highlands High School and enjoyed being outdoors. He was a welder for Cannon Boiler Works, DeSimone Inc. and Safe Flight Inc. In addition to his parents, Dale was preceded in death by his sisters, Mellisa Verri & Suanne Sprague Truckley; and brothers, James and Charles Sprague. He is survived by his brother, Gary Lee Sprague Jr.; and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friend will be received from 12 Noon to 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 6, 2022, in the Joseph J. Cardaro Funeral Home 1125 Kenneth Ave. New Kensington, 724-337-3325. A funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation at 2:00 PM in the funeral home with Pastor Dean Ward officiating. Burial will be private.
