Connor Hartman, 20, of New Kensington, passed away on Monday, May 26, 2025, due to injuries sustained in a tragic motorcycle accident.

Connor was the beloved son of Amber Matheny (Jeremy) and William "Bill" (Morgan) Hartman, II, and the loving brother of Mia Smalley, Cameron Baker, and Colton Hartman. He is also survived by maternal grandparents, Randy "Ree" and Tina Torok and paternal grandfather, William Hartman, Sr. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, Crystal (Mindy) Miller, Krissy "Cee" (Brent) Truitt, Jay-Cee (Andrew) Bowsers, Matthew (Alexis) Betts, Jr. and Jordyn Betts; and numerous cousins.

Connor was born on July 4, 2004, in New Kensington. He is a 2022 graduate of Valley High School and Northern Westmoreland Career and Technology Center. He was a laborer/truck driver for Liberty Roofing Center in New Kensington. Connor loved the outdoors—camping with his family, hunting, riding ATVs, spending quality time with the people he cared about most, going to Mount Washington with his friends, and firefighting.

Connor will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He was a funny, outgoing young man with a bright future ahead of him, and will always be remembered for his infectious laugh, his big cheesy smile, and his unforgettable sense of humor.

Connor was preceded in death by his maternal great grandfather, Domenick Capo; paternal grandmother, Diane Sproull; great uncles, Richard "Paul" Lindemuth and Jerry Hartman; great aunt, Cindy "Dee Dee" Witherup.

Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9:00 PM on Sunday, June 1, 2025, in the Joseph J. Cardaro Funeral Home, 1125 Kenneth Ave., New Kensington, 724-337-3325. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 2, 2025, in the funeral home with Pastor Tom Dougal and Pastor Vickie Shaeffer officiating.
