Carol Ann Cecil DeSellems, 71, of New Kensington, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2023, in UPMC Family Hospice at Canterbury Place, Lawrenceville. She was born March 4, 1952, in Pittsburgh, to the late Frederick and Eileen Johnston Cecil. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Debra McCreary. Carol is survived by whom she made her home with, Conrad Kletke; twin siblings, Jack (Jodi) Cecil and Jan DeSantis; and although she was never blessed with her own children, her nieces and nephews who were like her own, Stacey, Dana, Dienna, Jack, Denette, Danielle, Shannon, TJ and Jenna; and numerous great nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received from 5 to 7:00 PM on July 3, 2023, at Kinloch Fire Hall, 915 New York Ave., Lower Burrell. Arrangements were entrusted to the Joseph J. Cardaro Funeral Home.
